Overview
Melanie has been working exclusively as a Wills & Estates law clerk for more than 14 years. Her knowledge and experience serves her well when assisting with both simple and complex estate planning and estate administration matters. Her duties include helping with the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
She also assists estate trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of estate administration including preparing court applications for testate and intestate estates, preparation of estate accounting, dealing with multijurisdictional estate assets, collecting and distributing estate assets, and liaising with beneficiaries, government institutions and professional advisors.
